Emeka Onwuka
Chairman

Mr. Onwuka worked with Arthur Andersen and Co where he was exposed to both local and offshore training in accounting and management consulting for the finance as well as oil & gas industries. He joined Diamond Bank Plc in 1992, and has worked in the key areas of corporate and investment banking, branch bnking, treasury and commercial banking , among others. He was also Head of the Bank's Commercial Banking Division before his appointment as Managing Director/CEO of Diamond Bank Plc.

Mr Eke started his working career with Deloitte Haskins Sells International (now Deloitte & Touche) in 1985, and majored as an accounting professsional with specialisation in audit, taxation and management consulting. In 1992, he joined Diamond Bank after a year's stinct at Abacus Merchant bank Limited. He has attended various business, leadership and professional courses both in Nigeria and overseas. He was the Bank's Head of Commercial Banking Division(Lagos/West) prior to his appointment as Executive Director( Commercial Banking)of Diamond Bank Plc. He is currently the Director of Diamond Securities Limited

Mr. Akinyemi is a computer Science graduate from University of Lagos and holds an MBA from University of Lagos and holds an MBA from In ternational Graduate school of Management, IESE University of Navarra, madrid, Spain. His work experience spans UBA Plc, One-to-One Nigeria Limited CitiBank Nigeria and Diamond Bank Plc.
He has attended various leadership and IT courses in Ireland, UK, India and South Africa and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Meeting, UK.

Lt. Gen. Useni (Rtd.) holds a Diploma in Advance Military Transportation, USA, and passed through notable institutions including the British Army Apprentices College, Chepstow. He is a fellow of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Chartered Institute of Transport and National War College.

Lt. Gen. Useni is bestowes with twelve (12) chieftancy/traditional titles in various states of Federation most notably the Sardauna of Plateau and Nasarawa States.

Victor Eka

Mr. Eka started his working career with Nigerian Customs and Execise. He is a graduate of University of Ibadan and School of Business, Stanford University, USA. he has acquired experience spanning over 20 years in various sectors of the economy.
He is the Chairman of Electro-Wave Limited, Communications Outfit). Ozafe Nig. Limited, (Environmental Company), Mainstspring Ventures Limited (manufacturing) and a member of the Audit Committee of Diamond Bank Plc.




Chris Ogbechie
Director


Chris Ogbechie has First Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering form Manchester University Business School. He has wide experience in marketing and strategy derived from his work as head of marketing and strategy derived from his work as head of marketing/sales at Nestle Nigeria., Xerox and from his consulting work with Nigerian firms over the years.
Mr Ogbechie is a faculty staff of the Lagos Business School, where he teaches strategy and corporate governance.

Mrs. Margaret Iwuchukwu

Mrs. Margaret Iwuchukwu was born on October 22 1943 in Azumini, Abia
State of Nigeria. She attended Lagos City College Yaba from 1956-1960 for her school certificate. Mrs. Iwuchukwu thereafter proceeded to obtain formal training in secretarial education and attended the prestigious Pitmans College in London for a secretarial training from 1963- 1965. She qualified with a diploma in secretarial studies.
From 1967-1968, she attended yet another renowned school, the Alliance
Francaise in Paris where she bagged a diploma in French.
Her early work experience was with the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in Paris, where Iwuchukwu worked as a secretary for 3 years. On her return to Nigeria, she worked with the then Nigerian National Oil Corporation (NNOC) now Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) as a confidential Secretary from 1972- 1976.
